Sometimes you want detailed instructions to learn a pose or sequence or time to explore variations on a familiar pose. But sometimes you just want to move! In the Good Old Vinyasa Flow class you'll do just that - flow through a sequence of poses that allows you to stretch, bend, twist and maybe roll or jump a bit.
